Where we deliver, delivery costs and timings for GK African Prime Market orders across the UK.
We deliver African groceries to addresses across the United Kingdom. Frozen and chilled items are packed to stay cold in transit.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
To confirm before launch: list any postcodes or regions you do not deliver to (for example Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands).
Delivery costs
- Standard UK delivery: £5.99
- Free standard delivery on orders over £60
To confirm before launch: these delivery prices are placeholders. Update them here and in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping.
Delivery times
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
To confirm before launch: confirm your cut-off time, courier and expected delivery window (for example 1 to 3 working days).
Frozen and chilled items
Frozen meat and poultry are packed with insulation and ice packs. Please put frozen items in your freezer as soon as they arrive.
To confirm before launch: confirm how frozen orders are packed and any days you do not send frozen items.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. You can also see the status of every order in My Account.
