Where do you deliver?

How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £5.99. Delivery is free on orders over £60. The exact cost is shown in your basket before you pay.
How are frozen items delivered?
Frozen meat and poultry are packed with insulation and ice packs. Please put them in your freezer as soon as your order arrives.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account you can track orders and save your addresses for next time.
How do I pay?
You pay securely at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown on the checkout page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help before it is dispatched.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?

Can I buy in bulk?
Several products come in bulk sizes, such as 10kg poultry boxes and 5L cooking oil. For larger quantities, contact us.
